Acenxia provides a platform for Talent and hiring teams to discover professional profiles and Opportunities, communicate, and manage access to platform features. You must provide accurate account information and use the platform lawfully.

You are responsible for the profile, Opportunity, message, and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it, keep it accurate, and respect others' privacy and intellectual-property rights.

Talent controls discoverability through the available profile settings. Opportunities and Talent content may be reviewed or moderated. Profile unlocks and other paid access features are subject to the applicable entitlement, usage allowance, and platform rules.

Paid Hiring Access and Active Opportunity services are processed through Whop. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown for the selected offer apply to that purchase. Do not treat a checkout redirect as proof of access until Acenxia confirms the relevant entitlement.

Do not use Acenxia for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent, spam, phishing, malware, or rights-infringing activity. Acenxia may restrict or remove content, access, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these rules, or meet legal obligations.

You may stop using Acenxia at any time. Account, subscription, and content consequences depend on the service involved, applicable retention obligations, and any applicable purchase terms.

The operator must obtain legal review and confirm the final rules on consumer rights, withdrawal and cancellation, taxes, liability, governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, and any platform-specific obligations before relying on these terms for a public commercial launch.
